Yes it was a private mechanic. Found the company online and one of the user here suggested another company.

Once on the biggest issues w/ fender , h/lamp and bumper alignment is people pulling up on a concrete parking abudment and getting the ft bumper caught and then pulling away which will pull on the bottom of the bumper and in turn pull down on the front of the fender and damage in and the opening around the h/lamp and may have a small buckle in the w/o ...the fender are aluminum and damage very easily ...see it all the time ...look under the bumper and see if it caught on something
Thank You, but the thing is in Seattle not even a single MB Dealership said they would do a PPI. So I had to choose a private mechanic. And what you tells me makes 100% sense.

Nope I bought CPO with 2 years of warranty. Feeling much better and this car has much better add ons
