I bought a c63 already tuned with a EC stage 2. I did not know this would block the O2 sensors, and I live in a state that requires emissions testing. Does anyone know if EC’s MyGenius will allow me to save my current tune from the ECU and allow me to flash it back to stock? Or will I have to have EC flash it to stock and lose my tune. I do not have the tune file either.

Yeah then just flash back to stock and the MyGenious should have the tuned file saved. Then just flash the tune back after emissions.

I have a EC Stage 2 Tune. I never knew it blocked the O2 Sensors. I am Fairly Sure my O2's are NOT Blocked with my Tune.

 

You shouldn't have your o2 blocked on a stage 1 tune.

 

I’ll find out soon enough, once the car is registered I will get my emissions test done and it will let me know. I’ll reply to this thread once I find out. I spoke to EC and they said the stage 2 eliminated your cats as well (down pipes). I hate the fact that I have no clue what’s going on with the car I bough, but I’ll get to the bottom of it lol.
