2017 C63 Coupe 305 Tire Issues
Hi Everyone,
I recently slapped on some Toyo R888R's on my stock rear wheels(front is still stock michelin tires). The current setup at the rears 305/30/19 and everything has been so much better in terms of performance except this one issue I am having. I tested these bad boys on the highway late at night on Friday and was doing pulls will my friend (Porsche 911 Turbo S). I was going about 100-110 and was trying to switch lanes but something weird happened. For some reason I couldn't properly turn my wheel to its potential and it was kind of slowly veering towards the direction i wanted to go. It sort of felt like i was hydroplaning. I never had this issue before with the stock Michelins. I know this has something to do with the wider tire set up, but i dont know what it is. Can anyone chime in who has better experience with a wider setup?

Weird....
2017 Coupe, went from stock to 295/30/19 and never have had an issue, will gong up to 305s as soon as my PS+ wear out, i understand that when the roads are uneven theres some weird feeling while steering ( specially at the wheel when fronts lock into those pavement waves ) but never had this feeling on the rears, interested to see what other people say.....

I haven't had any problems like this with 305s in the read, 285s up front. I'm wondering if maybe some of this is due to you changing the tire height in the rear without a similar change in the front. Maybe that's messing with the EPS controls?
