Thanks for the link, I emailed them but they won’t ship to the USA (which baffles me) and they won’t sell the cables separately. They didn’t seem all that interested in doing business with me. A real business here in the US needs to copy that design and sell the cables.
I hope someone makes these adapters, all the ones i found are selling the adapters with the tail lights only. The tail light prices are also ridiculous compared to buying them locally.
I did the upgrade with a set of 2018 new shape led tail light onto a 2014 c220d sport plus amg line
At first glance they worked fine straight swap over,no erroe messages on checking them,I thought,but now ive noticed that in daylight,when the car is braking,not only do the brake lights come on but the tick lights(side lights) come on also,idicators work as normal
when lights are on at night all is well
Just highlithing this issue for others,its not just a straight swap over,they will probably need coding for diff model of 205's
I can live with this for now,during these times of the corona disease taking hold,ill not be using the car much self isolating and deal with it laters
any pointers will be good,im in the Uk,if nobody knows anything at least this makes you aware :-)
Yeah i tried doing the conversion on my 2015 C63 S. It is plug and play, but i think some coding is need as some of the LED brake lights turn on with the night lights. Have anyone else run in to this issue

I am hesitant in doing this because I don't want error codes, I also don't know who can help code this since MB is a little tricky vs BMW.
The tail lights a cheap to buy.
I see you did the facelift tail pipes, I'm guessing you did the front as well with the new intake grilles?
On searching around I found that Kunzmann sell the OEM lights with adapter cable kit,plug and play https://www.kunzmann.de/shop/en/tuni...cedes-benz.htm
I have dropped them a mail to see if they sell the cable kit and see what happens,if they say no,ill buy there full set and copy the cable kit wire make them and post them for sale to all :-)

Hi i tried that before and their answer to me was no, they will only sell complete set !
I did a similar swap on my daughters CLA. You need coding. I got an OBD plug in device that recoded it for me automatically from the guy that sold me the lights. Worked perfectly.
do you have any idea if these plugs exist for a C300 to set the rear SAM to ROW or Euro programming? I imagine that’s what this is sending but would be nervous to try on my car. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
So after almost a year of looking I managed to find a german site who is selling these harness cables for headlight/taillights. These cables will make it plug and play without errors.

Currently they work with a minor harness change but with headlights on, the amber signal remains lit and I can only use the red signal like a normal US model. Any help would be appreciated thank you. Here are my connectors, would your cable linked work for me?

Yes from what I was told it will fix the issues when upgrading from pre-facelift, btw where did you get the European lights from?

They’re very high quality and they offered to replace the plug style but that would mean me mailing these back to China and ordering a cable seems much better so I’m going to give that a go! I purchased the upgraded lights for my 2016 c300 and I had the same issue with the amber turn signal working as a running light, will that harness work on mine because on that German site that was suggested it said it doesn’t work on us models?

It will not, I ended up with the same issue. My lights are sitting around because I’ve been too lazy to mail them back to have them completely adapted from aftermarket company. Let me know if you find a better solution, otherwise I pretty much gave up.
