Aftermarket air intake pressure sensor
Hey guys,
I'm new here and recently purchased a 2017 c63. I'm interested in modding and have been doing research on the available performance intake options on the market. One thing I have noticed is different aftermarket brands use the OEM pressure sensors in the stock airbox differently.
What are these used for? Does the ECU actually read this in? It looks like ZAC and arma don't use them at all...

They are air filter quality sensors that are redundant on high flow filters. The sensor is there to read vacuum when the stock paper filters are clogged. We leave them connected to the loom, just tie them up behind the filters. NO CEL
