5MM Spacer

Has anyone a 5mm spacer up front with success? I heard that our hubs have a welded on piece that may cause issues with a 5mm spacer.

Installed a set of these 5mm spacers from ModalWorks on my C43 last week. I would think they would work on a C63 also.

That answered my question! I wish I knew about this design before I made my purchase with ECS tuning. Did yours come with conical or ball seat bolts?

They appeared to be the correct ball seat bolts and they were black plated.

Quality of the bolts looked better than the bolts (H&R) that I purchased through ECS for the rear of the car.

Thanks Chris. I ordered a set already through ECS. This may be a mute question, but is there a beneficial weight savings from how you have five bigger holes in your spaces vs a generic spacer with the 10 symmetrical drilled holes? I can't imagine at 5mm it would make a big difference anyhow.
