Yup the wider “S“ might be part of the facelift (2019+ models). My 2019 coupe has it as well. The little tail that goes under the “63” is also a bit different.

Most of the items on ebay are not "OEM" or even authentic MB products.. they are 3rd party created without approval or consent from MB. So most of them ARE different, so they can claim the 10% change and on be nailed with Copyright issues etc..
Now.. with that being said.. I have myself purchased the "red" (S) to go on my black c63s, so it has a little different look..
Pretty sure they just changed the spacing on the sticker backing to get that "10%" difference because I pulled the oem's off right before putting the new ones on myself and coudlnt see a difference in the bevels,etc. But I marked the spacing of the stock ones with painters tape before removing to make sure the position of the new ones matched.
BTW, the link I mentioned above is for coupe emblems, not sedan. They are a bit different.
