Modal Works Intake
Just received the intake. Big surprise from UPS was that it came in a day early! Will post back with IAT's and first impressions.

Just installed it and went for a quick run. Love the new noises! Pull after 5k it’s definitely noticeable. So far so good! My car went from being fairly quiet to a crazy sounding German V8.... love it.
Now which titanium exhaust to get.... hmmmm.

IAT’s seem to be slightly better. Similar ambient temperature.

Man I hate good service feedback when you buy things. Really ... what do you expect from someone who want your money. 😁 good service feedback should only count when you have problems. Anyway, I like their product. I would buy one.

Can't wait to get mine! Have one on order as well. Thinking about having my local EuroCharged shop dyno before and after the intake install. Would love to verify power gains as they are claiming some pretty big numbers for just an intake.

Not sure if your car is stock or not but those gains they show are with downpipes and Stage 2 tune. On a stock car, you really dont want to be buying an intake with power gains in mind.

Do it. I am thinking 10-20 whp, maybe??

I’m going to get my hands on a HP Tuner just to do proper logging on this car (the iPhone/OBD dongles aren’t cutting it with the amount of PIDs and data I want).

Waiting until the intake comes in for them to install and fix the tune issues.

I didn't know buying an amg will get you more free adrenaline years down the road from a forum thread, free too!
If I can think it, I am sure someone else out there is thinking this too. Why isn't there an intake that connects straight to the front scoop?

Here’s an Aston Martin owner experienced with open air intake. The C63s air intake sit in the middle of the engine where in the Aston Martin air intake sit at the top and away from the engine bay. Check out the air temp increased great at all rpm.
