No one gave a crap if you PAID your taxes, so not sure why you even brought that up.... (because I asked what your company name was listed as, since the one listed doesnt seem to show in the Texas Database ??)

at this point, yes 100000% I would never do business with you, nor would I even recommend you.. and every breath I take that someone ask me about mod's ect, I will be sure to mention your name and shop, and tell them to stay the f away from you.
So you might be off by alittle on that 10 count boss....
Confident you don't know how any of that works, so still have zero concerns about "your brother looking into" anything. Also asking personal favors of a state employee to harass a business falls under ethics violations. So I would tread lightly there champ. You can tell your people whatever you want and if they have a brain in their head they will just ignore your uneducated advice.

Thanks!

Dave,

1) the state of texas offers information, tax, etc to the public to keep business from scamming people, and or to legitimize they are a business able to operate legally in the state.

https://www.sos.state.tx.us/

2) i never asked anyone for a favor, again, his phone number is publicly available and his job is to investigate businesses ... period

now you seem to want to again, make this all
about something else other then you responding.

So, stop trying to make things “up” , like claiming someone is threatening you or your business, as it clearly has not.

Guy,

You clearly posted all that you were doing and I made screen shots of all of it. Anyone can clearly see it exactly as it is - a thinly veiled threat. I know all about the laws in Texas, as I live here and have the right to transact business.

It's as simple as this: You seek to harass me and intimidate by making these sorts of statements. I have nothing to fear from the gubmit as we have every T crossed and I dotted. You admitted to calling in a favor from your brother, a state employee, to use taxpayer resources (your brother's salary) to harass a legal business with the right to transact in TX. Petty and unethical at best.

Thanks!

Dave

So my Tax dollars at work..

Jerry Thornton has the use of name " Eurocharged" (houston) and able to utilize this name. (TPC Ventures) , although most recently OZU Holding Group has taken the realm of Eurocharged Performance Houston.

But when searching, your business name is actually " Georgetown AutoHaus, LLC "
According to the State of Texas " Eurocharged Performance - ATX " or how ever you want to name it , doesn't not exist in that case.

The fact that you are responding and acting the way you are, raises HUGE flags with most people... :
like :
1) why are you taking funds via PayPal instead of a direct merchant processor (as the rates would be MUCH lower). seems weird , since in the auto biz, saving every penny is a good thing

2) I am glad that you claim you actually filed for, and paid taxes on the services you provided in each State so far ... (I think you said you did over 100 in the last for months or so )

3) sorta like Florida, even if you come in for the day, and you sell services etc , which you are listing under the name " Eurocharged Performance - ATX " , et el, you would be required to submit and apply
a registered foreign business request for the state of Florida. (and most every other state that you provided this service in) you know..since you fly into the city/state to perform these services and take money from people that live and pay taxes in that state.

Considering my family lives in WestLake, and I have a house in Lakeway , I know about every person that works at MB Georgetown , my father had the first 6x6 in Texas (and is used on the ranch), and although we purchase most of our MB's via Fletcher, Georgetown was the only that had AMG techs for what was required. ( and yes, this was before your little stint there )

So , why not just simply response to peoples questions??

All you did with all this posting below , was make yourself and your business look shady and someone that no one would really like to trust to do business with.
(I mean, guess you were not really working any cars , since you were online stalking our post all day)

You have your opinions and so do all the other people in the world, but your attempting to sale something to a group , that invested lots of money into what they like, and continue to do so. Your such claims that 205's are this and that, again shows that your just some hack of a mechanic trying to take get by. ??..?

Now with respect to your terms etc... : "

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION - MCT TCU TUNE - Miami AutoSport Technik, Miami, FL

There are inherent risks associated with tuning a vehicle beyond its rated performance envelop and the vehicle owner noted herein accepts any and all responsibility associated with modifying the car noted below.
The vehicle owner will hold harmless and indemnify Eurocharged Performance, Miami AutoSport Technik, and it’s Directors against any and all claims and actions arising out of the participation of applying a performance TCU program to:
:

to me this would look like the Corporate location is the one doing or managing the actual project.. (713-462-1600) if anyone cares to call and inquire , I dont have time at the moment, but at last glance that was the number for the Corp side of Eurocharged , but to be honest, I didnt and dont have free time to really dig into it.

FINALLY,
Also, wanted to clear up your dementia on " me calling in favors " since you like to add words to sentences, 1000% of all information access, being stated , etc is PUBLIC INFORMATION!!

And since I am certain, you will reply with more and more ramble on how you know Texas Law and this and that..

Raises red flags with you perhaps, along with the rest of the microscopic minority to which you belong, and that's fine. It's often your group that yells the loudest and complains the most for no reason

It's how you get your kicks - I totally understand - probably just ride around with a red flag just to show it to people. Totally cool!

I'm also glad your able to showcase your google abilities, very impressive. You should get some sort of medal (although you already admitted to inside having help to harass a legitimate business - so I guess a participation trophy?)

"Your father" also never had a 6x6 at MBGT, that is a fact - must have been your imagination, or just a pure fabrication, typical internet person... This last post literally tells anyone spectating everything they need to know about you.

Thanks again for playing! I will always reply, and happily call out the ridiculousness that just seems to come out of the woodwork.

Dave

HAHAHA Dude you are such a tool its not even funny...

And as for your continued statement of " (although you already admitted to inside having help to harass a legitimate business - so I guess a participation trophy?) " , HAHAHAH LOL , again your such a TOOL!! Harassing a legitimate business ? oh give it a break..

and yea my google skills are 733t .. hahaha..

And as for the 6x6, 1000% you idiot.. purchased at Fletcher, brought into SA MB, and I sat with TD and Michael Linberg at MB GT for over an hour with it...
No wonder your so defensive, you have nothing else to do..

What did you get fired from MB or something and thats why your making crap up now ??

Antagonizing the very own people you're marketing your products and services towards is certainly not the best approach to building reputation and confidence. You literally have no idea how online business works these days, do you? Things have changed a bit. I can tell that there are professionals in here that do it for a living (myself included) and know that you would be banned in a heartbeat from any business organization if any consumer reported the behavior you're displaying.

I guess if there's one thing we've learned, it's to never do business with "Autohaus, LLC" - or Eurocharged ATX as you call it. Ironic thing is you act like you didn't buy into a franchise, when you know damn well you did - and your actions (both yours and your employees) reflect directly on the parent company that owns and operates Eurocharged. I'm sure you'll respond with another "Lol" or a "Thanks!".

Congrats on overcharging nearly 100 early/first adopters. Let's see how long it takes you to hit 200 customers... do you know anything about customer technology adoption? I suggest you look into it and see if you can keep the momentum up since you're not the only guy in town offering this TCU tune... and you're certainly not the person I'd be going to after the **** show you've put on in multiple threads across multiple forums (W205, W213).

...I personally would really like to get an answer on the technical questions (the referenced site does not offer much to go by, unfortunately) or someone who has the tune chime in. Anybody?

Call and you can spend as much zero pressure time on the phone getting any question you have answered.

Thanks!

I think that time has come and gone, Dave. I think we’d rather hear (and trust) actual customer testimonials and data rather than dealing with you and your negative attitude.

You have nearly 100 customers, and I have yet to see a single review or data from a W205 owner.

Alex, you've already been shown the door, and still choose to stick around, just trying to get me to say that I need you? That I wish you were my client? What is it? Highlighting how important you think you are? You never have been and will never be (my choice) my client - I don't want you or anyone like you, don't need or want your money.

EC is very well liked and respected extremely broadly all over the world for fair prices, great performance, and tons of knowledge... You can choose to work with whoever your want. Suggesting I am somehow loosing out on something by you not spending money with me is laughable. I'm adding years to my life by actively avoiding folks like you. I am not greedy or desperate.
As you can see I am more than happy to feed the trolls exactly what they deserve Don't kid yourselves into thinking you are or even ever were potential clients. Just haters out to hate.

Here is your THANKS! LOL for good measure!

Dave

You’re right. You’ll never see a penny from me. If I want a TCU tune I’ll go elsewhere (Solo Motosports, Dyne Performance, Kirklandhans, etc...) and I’ll encourage everyone else I know to do so because of your unprofessional behavior and attitude.

EC may very well be liked, but YOU, bud, are not. Your actions on this board are a direct reflection for the EC brand, and you sure as hell aren’t doing it any favors.

Thanks!

Yes I actually am VERY, VERY well liked in the MB community spanning groups and cars made in the 1950's to the brand new ones. Who are you? I have multiple world record holding cars to my name, with more to come. What have you ever done? I am available all hours, weekends, holidays, late at night, on vacation for my clients... WTF do you know about anything technical? LOL! What I will refuse to tolerate is a snotty entitled attitude from anyone, and I have no problem telling you or anyone else It does not hurt the brand, or my business. As I told the other guy - you can tell whoever you want whatever you want - but I have a hunch it's not gonna mean much at the end of the day. It has nothing to do with being professional or unprofessional. It's unrealistic expectations based on fantasy vs. reality, and you apparently reside in the former on this particular subject. I don't have the ability to shape reality as it is to fit your whims. You may need to look in the mirror, because it's you.

Thanks, Bud!

Dave

Ohh snap... I would love to hear more about these WORLD RECORD holding cars to your name ?? (seriously) were can I get info on them ??

Did you build them ? machine them ? or just put other peoples work onto them ?

Me ? No world record holding cars for me.. but I did work for Apple for 8 years as a hardware developer before my longtime friend asked me to come over to Oculus (before FB purchased them) and did some hardware (silicon) dev work. No world records, No glory for me, other then Stock and the knowledge to know I wrote a ***** load of code, (so real old school low level stuff) was a hoot. -machine lang is always a blast-

Now you are saying you are in the same realm as Bob Norwood ?? (he is in Dallas) and he actually built and holds multiple land speed records on cars as well.
And in ref to my above work, he built John Carmack's twin turbo cars as well.

Seeing that I have tons of friends that race with GR (Ferrari of Houston) and (Washington) , lots of people with tons of racing toys, and more time/money to do that as a job/hobby. I would love to share your successes with them.

Fastest / Quickest W212 E63s in the world (stock turbos) (Daily Driver) - 10.16 @136.39 (1.49 60')
Quickest Mercedes 60' in the world - 1.38s (E55)
Quickest Mercedes 0-60 in the world - 2.23s (E55)

You can go ahead and have a seat now E55 has plenty of custom parts that I designed myself, machined myself, and sold to customers. E63s has plenty of development and custom parts that I myself have designed, that I freely share with respectful guys who wanna go fast.

I work on plenty of VERY famous people's cars, I have no reason to name drop to prove anything to what, 3-5 people who I never wanna do business with? HAHAHA

Cool that you know some car builders' names, meanwhile - how fast is your C63s? Like mid 11's at 124? There are very few fast 205's out there because people like me have not worked on then, there are like 5 or less worldwide, and their owners are not like the jokers begging for attention on this thread.

Coding is an important skill - very cool that you are good at it. Not sure of it's relevance to anything we are talking about, but seems you have been in the right place at the right time none the less.

Also cool that you have rich friends that you can talk about on the internet - I am certain everyone spectating and reads this is very impressed by it.

Have a great day!

Thanks!

Dave

Coding is an important skill - very cool that you are good at it. Not sure of it's relevance to anything we are talking about, but seems you have been in the right place at the right time none the less.

Also cool that you have rich friends that you can talk about on the internet - I am certain everyone spectating and reads this is very impressed by it.

Have a great day!

Thanks!

Dave
Dave just shut up, you are such a tool man..
hahaha this is so funny, you think you are above everyone ...

Yea, its is super funny, I was sitting at SW's and talking about you and everyone laughed there *** off.. I actually think someone knew you, and was embarrassed for you...
Texas is a small place dude, and your dropping your/potential customers like flies.. and name drop ? haha yea its not name dropping when they are close friends and we are laughing at you !

And who exactly claimed those as fastest cars besides yourself ?? lol Guinness never heard of you ...
And hell with all the WORLD fastest cars, why then Franchise someone else's brand name (Eurocharged) , and not open your OWN BRAND ?? or did Georgetown AutoHaus LLC not catchy enough ?

and the difference between you and me... the cars in my garage I own, no other peoples...

and yes, you have a few wealthy peoples cars you work on... exactly , you have to work on other peoples cars !! Why you acting like this is all you, and your accolades ? your like trying to take credit for other peoples stuff.

and lastly , as you wanna bring my c63s into the picture, yea RennTech is working on it... but hey, I am not the one claiming records, or even trying to get my car much more above then what it is, because its not a track car.

in closing, anyone that reads this , is going to think the same thing.. your a tool... 40+ post about all this, and you still havnt address the original question without trying to be an A$$hole as you put it.
It looks like every new post you do, is to just try and validate some info for yourself.

Really Sad... starting to feel sorry for you man...

Very Trumpish reply. Apparently, there’s more than one person that agrees with him and disagrees with you. And I know for fact (based on all the private messages and DM’s I’ve received) that there’s a silent majority out there that doesn’t agree with your behavior either, nor will they ever do business with you after speaking with them.

No one cares about your records. Guess what, in 2004, I had the fastest and quickest stock turbo B5 S4 IN THE WORLD. No one cares, it has no bearing or relevance to what you’re selling nor does give you carte blanche as a forum sponsor to rip on prospects asking legitimate questions about the services and products you’re offering.

I don’t hold all your amazing world records, but I’ve done many high dollar builds with various tuners/shops on other platforms and have been through the ringer with a few. Unfortunately, to me, tuners like you have become the used car salesman of the world. Professionally, I’ve worked for companies like Adobe - you know, the company product you use to make those ****ty looking fliers to sell your products, or any PDF you send to your clients to bill them (fun fact: my desk was right next to the colleague who invented PDF).

I respect him more than some a-hole touting about throwing slicks on E63’s, pumping the highest octane you can get your hands on, gutting it to make it as light as possible, and going for a glory run.

I’m sure it was those few custom parts you hand fabricated that broke all those records, certainly not a combination of other companies parts and a boat load of (clients) cash. Unfortunately, having the fastest/quickest XXX doesn’t particularly impress me if that’s your resume and claim to fame. Being an ex-Mercedes tech isn’t particularly impressive either - I’d love to see you defend that as you seen to knock on any MB dealership and their incompetent service techs.

I tried to find the mentioned WhatsApp Group to see what users of that TCU tune have to say.....I am either not very well versed finding such group or it's a small private group you can't join (I found AMG lovers - had 6 members). Still looking to get anybody vouch for it.

You asked - not sure what to tell you - you claimed to be serious!

Talked to a dozen or more very polite and respectful people since starting this thread. So I think it's working our fine - I like SW just fine, and we seem to get along great when he's been here having work done. You are deff a name dropper - and that is really cool for you. Again with the customers - if they keep company the likes of you? Act like you are here? They can leave and I won't miss them - I do feel it is probably more likely that you have nowhere near the type of clout you claim on the interwebz.

Super happy for you that you own some cars.

"have to" work on other people's cars? It's my chosen profession, and I love what I do. They say "do something you love and you'll never work a day in your life". I have found this to be mostly true.

Keep at it, whatever the heck that seems to be

Thanks!

Dave

Everything so political with you Super cool that you've done some "high dollar" builds. Neat that you worked for Adobe . Cool that you knew a guy once that invented something .

There seem to be 3-5 of you here, and like 3 in the W213 forum - which you should go check on BTW as some TCU tuned guys seemed to have entered the chat. So 8-10 clowns, with slow cars, and no intentions to buy, asking rude snarky questions? Puffing their chests out and telling me about all the money they have spent in the past and the cars they own. Techs, customers, and rando's from places all across the country/world message and call me weekly for troubleshooting help, which I gladly provide for free (provided the person does not have a demeanor like yours.

All records we're done on pump E85 from Valero down the street, no gutting, just a carbon driver's seat. Daily tires are the M/T ET Street SS - nothing special there

I own the E55, It's one of my personal cars. My partner own's the E63s and it's his daily.

I just wanna know when you're gonna be done polluting this thread?

Thanks!

Dave
