I epoxied my garage floors, and tried to fill up the garage with cars, as if any bay was left free and clear, it seemed like stuff would start to pile up and or clutter. Sorta like the spare bedroom ... ( stuff just gets put in and never comes out )

LOL...yeah thought about doing the floor but this is a condo and not sure I will live here very long and it could end up being a rental at some point so not interested in putting any more money into it than I have to right now.
But I am pretty **** and everything has its place (ex Military) so my garage is always clean...LOL
My car is a coupe and she sits in the driveway pretty much 24/7....... i have a secure garage but the driveway is perfect for me as i like to just jump in and go.........

My C63 and M6 are always garaged. I’m able to fit my R1 in front of both of them since I only have a 2 car garage. The downside is if I ever want to take the bike out, the M6 has to be moved into the driveway and the C63 has to be pushed back several feet.
The main thing holding me back from getting another nice daily driver is I don’t have garage space for it. I hate parking my cars outside as the blistering Houston heat will wreck a nice car rather quickly.
Absolutely! Positively! Most assuredly! Yes! I remember turning down a job because there was no covered parking or garage. It only comes out into the sun when it must. But when it does….
In the UK property is quite expensive in general (i.e the land is worth more than the house built on it), but also the garages are a bit on the small side - most are single and would be a real squeeze to fit a modern car in. Plus as gardens are smaller you don't have much space for outbuildings/sheds to store things so they end up in the garage.
Alot of new houses here only have off street 2 parking spaces as well, which for a 4 bed house isn't ideal and many don't have a garage.

I understand this as I have family over in the UK and they don't have a garage space at all even though they live in a posh area.......... i see very expensive metal parked on street there

That cover would probably need atleast 30cm of padding to stop that thing lol.
Evo 3-9s are awesome cars. Can't say much for the 10 though. A friend went from a 9 to 10 years back and regretted after a few days.
