Tranny and Rear Diff oil change Question

I was at the dealership for an oil change and they are recommending Tranny and Rear Diff oil change. I'm around 27k and they are saying Mercedes Recommend it at 30k. is that true? I wasn't able to find the info on when that interval is for the C63s model.
same goes for the Rear Diff. I had my rear diff oil changed after the break-in period around 2k miles and they are saying need it again at 30k

The price I got quoted is:-
$695 for Tranny
$150 for Rear Diff ( originally I paid $395 for rear diff after the break-in period not sure why so low now )

Yes, our car needs transmission and rear diff service every 30k miles and spark plugs at 50k. The rear diff fluid will need to be replaced again at 30k even after the break in period fluid change. The rear Diff fluid change is extremely easy literally just unscrew bolt, wait for fluid to drain, put bolt back in, remove bolt on top and fill till it slightly drips out, screw bolt back and your done so your initial 395$ was a complete rip off. The 150$ for the diff fluid is reasonable but in my opinion if you have any reputable independent shops you should take it there and you can save more than half on transmission service. If you don't mind the prices you could just do it all at the dealer. I paid 125$ for diff service and 325$ for transmission service at a good independent shop in Houston Tx

One liter should suffice.
