I hear you but here in Scottsdale AZ it is the worse I have experienced...I also have lived in South Florida and Tampa FL. Heck in Tampa most of them were cool as **** and would offer to run across the bridge over Tampa Bay. Just a different crowd here in AZ and most are not from here.
As far as other groups...most here are pretty cool. Heck recently the Audi club asked if I wanted to join and run with them sometimes...super cool club. And I have a few Hellcat buddies I meet up with at CnC.

Yea, basically they like to sit in the parking lot or at a stop light and just over REV the engines .. here in my hood, they do it all the time.. I often offer to race for pinks at a track, and they always turn me down..
So when we have car gatherings , I tend to hang with the good ole boys with chargers and such.. at-least they know how to go around corners .
