Well, other than off-road look I would be concerned about potholes or any other occasion the suspension comes in play ....

5mm on top will make a huge difference! 2mm made a big difference on offset. I messed around and spent far too much getting it right.

295 tyre, removed and sold (rubbed)265 in front with 20mm spacer 9.5J (rubbed)Standard front 8.5J with spacer machined to 15mm (didn't like)
New coupe front wheels (too much poke)Front wheels machined 7mm
TPMS didn't work
New genuine TPMS
​​​​​Still need to sell the rears I bought with the fronts!

I haven't added the total, but getting the offset right can get expensive!

I simply ordered custom wheels to my spec and I am very happy with the fitment! Seems to be the easier but maybe even the cheaper route considering all the pain and labor cost to machine wheels down, mount/unmount, change tires etc.
