I'm looking for some light weight black/gloss black wheels with 11" width rears below $2k for the full set. I found these but am not 100% convinced, so maybe something similar?

What do you have now? These Verde are not an upgrade in terms of weight or strengths to the OEM AMG wheels and for sure much worse than the AMG forged. All depends from where you come from.

for some reason link does not work but looks you like Velos 3pc. Great wheels...but your $2k budget will not be enough to even pay just one of these...
Mine are similar. ASANTI. I like the way they look though admittedly a step down from the forged AMG OEM wheels which I still have and with SC2s on them use them on the track. I daily drive my car and these wheels with Michelin all weather tires are perfect for me.

Those look great, I like them. Are they lighter or heavier than the OEMs?

Wedding is more important than some fancy wheels and even without that there are not many here who spent that kind of money on new wheels. So, very understandable and don't feel bad about it. I just say don't spend money on some entry level aftermarket wheels that are not any better than OEM.
Maybe look at some online dealers and sometimes they offer some nice mid-level flow formed/hybrid forged wheels for the price of entry level cast wheels. My son got 19" HRE FF04 flowform for $1600 from Mr. Wheel Deal.

I have the 19/20 set up on my car and I bought a used set of the same rims that are 19's all around off of eBay to be used as my winter rims. They were sent from Germany from a guy who has a business of selling used Rims.
If you don't mind a slight weight gain and stretching slightly above your budget for good quality wheels, check out HRE's Flowform wheels such as the FF11.
A true upgrade would definitely be proper forged wheels, but considering your upcoming wedding please don't lol
