If you're wondering why I haven't been participating its because This entire thread is over a deleted are reposted post. And its pretty stupid, I will no longer be participating, Im back here to ONLY set false information straight.
here is my explanation again for those who don't feel like reading through the whole thing and want to skip to the bottom:
The original thread was posted prematurely, with photos i didn't want and with data missing. Before I had a chance to see it, FLC63S and a couple other members immediately jumped in and posted **** like
"Uggliest intake I've ever seen" "hot air intake" "Price is ridiculous"(even though its the cheapest intake by a long shot) etc etc.
The first pictures were pretty ****ing ugly, way over exposed and just bad bad. So I see where those comments came from, no biggy. The dyno data wasn't posted, so "hot air intake" ok. The other comments were regarding price, our initial price was $660, the feedback on that price was negative. Ok no biggy again, the $660 was an estimated price during the development process, finding a new piping supplier we were able to bring that down. New price $550.
So given that the first 4 comments were on information that was changed, and given that the thread was up for all of maybe 4 hours. I decided to delete, and reformat the thread with new information. Once reposted FLC63S thinks it's it's BIG CONSPIRACY, so I said ok repost your same comments here on the new thread if you want. (Given the new thread had the new photos there were 0 comments of it being "the implies intake ever")
I think reposting was the right decision. Still do. The initial responses were much more positive, until FLC63S came in raging. Claiming I dont have a marketing manager 😆 and it's all bull****. Ok cool man.... however, you derailed the thread completely off topic, and again. With my gifted power of the infinity gauntlet, chose deleting the thread was again the right path to take.
All threads for VRP are drafted by my marketing manager, and approved by me. This one was not approved before it was posted which led to the comments..
Mbworld gives sponsors the power to delete their own posts. And I felt that deleting and restarting was a better way to go vs updating information and having the 1st 4 posts be completely irrelevant to the updated content.

The correct thing for anyone to have done would have been to simply say “sorry” for the name calling and most of this would have been over and gone.
but instead he comes back, attempts to tell all of us, we are blind and did not see he was “banned” , and then to continue with a blatent lie to try and validate himself and company.
I am not currently banned, I was suspended for 1 day and it had nothing to do with this thread.
Where did I claim anywhere that i wasnt temporarily suspended or that my name didnt display "banned" for a period of 24 hours? You continue to make assumptions. and Call things out to be instantly false without thinking.

I immediately replied that the entire thread had been deleted and reposted, and anyone who would like to leave the same comments from the previous thread could do so again. You said it wasnt possible and that a mod must have deleted the thread or the comments (again reading comprehension as I'm assuming you didn't see that the WHOLE THREAD was deleted not any comments on that thread) I gave a similar explanation to the reason given above, using the same bullet points You made your comment about how if we are pretending to be more than 1 person we should just say so I delete the derailed thread AGAIN.

i stated clearly that i was not aware that you could delete threads yourself, you made it clear you could and you did - multiple times !! how ever you put it, thats shady stuff... and the pictures you posted that everyone said were ugly were even the ones on the website!

mostly everyone on the forum that has spoken to me , responded to me, or dealt with me will say i shoot straight and when or if i say something incorrect, i am the first to correct and or go out of my way to make sure its known.

I 1000% agree with you, but to others that might be looking for mods or such, should be well informed, and when companies hide or manipulate information, it creates the ability to be scammed. There are other threads on here , discussing in detail
how some tuners did the same thing, and ran off with peoples money.
So? Because others do it, it’s okay for these guys to do it too? I’ve called out vendors in the past for selling crap and calling it gold. I’m still waiting for these guys to provide hard HP/TQ numbers for their products where THEY SPECIFICALLY STATE an increase of.

How big is your staff? I think your whole group was less than a dozen? Am I correct? A Marketing Manager? I have been married to my wife for almost 40 years now. She holds a EE and a Masters in International Marketing. Her focus has been mostly within the O&G industry. Marketing Manager? There is no Marketing Manager who would tolerate this buffoonery you are displaying. If there is one, I'm surprised you have not been fired yet.

everyone should know about their continued lack of support, misinformation on their products, descriptions of parts for cars they don’t work with, and the overall lack of concern for the people known as customers.
I was taught to rely on service, not price. You will not get service from VRP when you have a problem. They will make up a childish story, much like you see here. Nothing new for these scammer babies.
Stay away at all costs. Even for a one dollar item. Spend your money building businesses that care.
I hate cancel culture because it’s really people like this that need to be canceled. They are effectively thieves stealing from their forum “friends”
With the egotistical assumption that every post I make is worth one dollar of what they stole from me, I’ve got years to go letting everyone know they are scumbags.
and no, they never reached out to me, not once. Only after continuously telling them they suck and are thieves and they could have totaled my car did they change the description on their website to not include my car for the product I had an issue with.
Just assume they are too poor to make good on bad product that they are also too poor to properly test on their own shop vehicles. And this is not a socioeconomic statement, it’s a business statement. You should never buy a product that carries liability from a company that is UNWILLING to help.
