The frame bent on the car and I was going 65 mph when the car in the opposing direction didn't yield and made a left turn in front of me.
I slammed on my brakes and collided into them at about 35mph at the very least and then proceeded to glide into the woods.

I think you just lost control and hit a danm tree and trying to make stuff up!! even at 35mph the airbags would have went off !!!
and you glided into the woods ? I guess that is why there is NO REPORT, because the tree didnt file one ?
WOW...

Thank you so much for taking everything out of context and making one mans dream a standing reality show.
If this keeps up we will be hiring an attorney.

@Mode Carbon I am ashamed that I even ever stood up for you!! after reading your comments, Post and such on many other social sites, you are apparently making crap up as you go.
There are customers complaining from September last year, and you are telling them, due to an accident, blah blah blah..
As for refunds, chargebacks etc, when a customer does a charge-back it DOESN'T need your account to have money in it .. Tell your clients (instead of screwing them) to file a chargeback so they get there money!!!
At this point, your a thief , douche , d1ck, etc etc.. and KARMA will level you..
NOTICE TO ALL: Of you or you know anyone that has PAID for products and NOT gotten them, and getting this run around, tell them to file a CHARGEBACK claim with the credit card company ( unlike what many think, there is NO HARD time limit, you can request and file a claim 6-12 months later, more so if you never received the product)
2nd , I am working on discussing with NY State AG, I looked into some of his claims of this 65MPH accident and have friends talking to state patrol and authorities and so far, I am just getting laughs.
Yes, I purchased and spent thousands of dollars with ModeCarbon in the past and I guess I was lucky I got what I ordered (this was 2+ years ago) ..

Damn you guys are ****ing brutal. The guy is communicating with his customers, let them sort it out. I've also seen countless people very happy with their products from this company prior to the pandemic. In my opinion their aero is some of the best looking. And small operations exist. How do you think big the big brands start? How the accident happened, we'll never know, but it happened and it makes total sense a company so small would be severely shaken up by such an event.

If not, please be aware that we had over $50,000 worth of charge-backs while I was in the hospital.
A lot of those items were never returned to us.
