Does anyone randomly get cel light come on from time to time and then goes away by itself if the car is started 3 or 4 times?

No CEL here ever so far. If it runs fine otherwise, then it could be as simple as a loose or leaking gas gap or the oxygen or some other sensor being on the fritz. Read out the codes to get more information.

Thanks for the info. The car runs fine and doesn't seem to be in limp mode although I've never WOT when the cel is on...it's happened a couple of times after washing the car and only twice when the car has sat over night and it always goes away after a few starts so most likely a sensor being on the fritz like you said.
Don't have a scanner to read the codes so I probably will get one soon. Car is due for service soon so I'll ask my sa about it.
