Rear Rotor park stays looking new , Front lookes aged
My Rear rotors remain silver , like new !
the Front looks aged [only 2K miles] , my car is garaged .
Could this be from the heat generated while driving as the rears dont dont take a beating ?
see pic attached , is this ... normal for the front rotor.
Note I am speaking of the the part the connects the RIM
Rear
Front
You can see they looked aged, even after wash and blow dried.
When i collected the car they looked like the rears
sorry typos ,, speed typing
You pushed me in the right direction thou.
I purchased a wheel cleaner kit and 2 products for tire rust and erosion
We shall if it works..

I would suggest speaking with Service Manager to get it covered under warrenty. Your car is practically new. Obviously that would be the way to go than looking for some rust remover as I had done before just going into the Dealership.
I know rear rotors are alot cheaper than the front rotors something to consider to get it covered under warrenty.
1. I was improperly cleaning my Front Rims , all of which take more of a beating than the Rears
A. Error spraying Iron remover then simply rinsing with washer.
@ My next was I will use my Tire cleaning kit and actually scrub the front Rotor hats
Problem ! front rotor hats have baked on Brake dust , just simple hosing down wasn't the track
lastly I have 3 products arriving for removing brake dust and cleaning the tires.
I think I have learned a bit from this rant.
Thanks guys!
