Electronic problem with performance seats

Question Electronic problem with performance seats
Hi guys

Let´s see if I am able to explain myself

Driver seat: won´t move all the way forward nor backwards. It moves just a bit, then it stops and I have to press switch panel to move it another bit. And that happens with all positions. Also easy entry and memory are not working

Passenger seat: it moves ok in all positions and memory is working. However no easy entry either

Any idea?

So we have learned that this may required Xentry to reset seats and/or re synchronize or whatever.

Does anyone knows how to perform this with Xentry?

Very complicated with xentry, took us a long morning and a lot of coding 😬
