Car steering almost locking up on sweeping bends...
So my 2017 C63s Sedan for the few months has felt like its in a rut or following a groove on long sweeping turns at speeds of 60mph or above. The steering does not want to return to center without give it a little effort. Happens more on left turn bends but its there on right turns as well. So I dropped the car off at the dealership and at first they said they had no idea what the issue is. Now they are saying the left rear strut arm is bent and are quoting me $2100+ to change it. My car has 20k miles on it and I primarily drive on the highway. Having a hard time believing I bent a rear strut arm...has anyone else had this issue? I know ive read about this previously and some people were discussing potential software issues....

Your issue has nothing to due with a rear strut arm. Your issue has been discussed at length on this forum as there are a couple threads for similar issues. Mine was the exact same problem as yours. It was remedied by a steering control module software update. Others have gone as far as having steering racks replaced.
