@mrgator_1 sent you a message. Yes, this is to keep the exhaust valves open 100% of the time. You can change it to factory setting with the quick switch that comes with it. Super easy to use

 

I have one on mine, fun when you want to "cam" though somewhere but for normal driving, you'll get performance with it "off" but if you are gonna do some raging, then yeah, open it up and enjoy the sweet audible excitement of open exhaust!
