The factory electronic BOV (Blow Of Valve) vents back to the factory air-box when it is told to by the ECU. This allows the AMG engineers to control when the BOV (recirculation valve) opens.

Please note that this is NOT comparable to the BOV spacer/adaptors sold by some. It is a complete replacement. Removing the factory electronic valves.

EVO2 RPA BOV replacement
  • Mechanical controlled Turbosmart Valve , specifically made for ZAC.
  • Mechanically controlled ONLY from manifold pressure / vacuum. No annoying ECU control venting power.
  • Comes complete with valve simulation terminals, so your ECU still thinks it is doing its job. NO CEL!
  • Quality CNCd from 6061 aluminum and anodized in RED BLUE or BLACK.
  • Replaces both tiny stock leak prone electronic/ plastic BOV's with LARGE BOVs in about 15 minutes.
  • Adjustable TurboSmart BOV tunable to your requirements by a simple turn.
  • Simply tees into factory manifold fitting with supplied tee.

A Few reasons.
The new evo2 you can change pressure by screwing the top of the valve.
This kit will now work on most models, so if you went to a GT or E63 you can install the kit on this carThe machining is less complicated on this kit, savings past on to you.
The installation is easier also.
Hope this helps. Any questions please ask away.

The RRP dropped by several hundred USD, and right now the Pre order is even cheaper. We hope to make more money since it now suits more models. Not a charity

Is there a reason you would use these over the factory system, besides giving you whoosh sounds - any benefits from them?

The "woosh" sound is not thee priority actually. And if you u want this on the W205 C63 it is very easy to do without any gimmick spacer plates even.

They are TurboSmart BOVs.....

They just have the proper kit to hook up to our cars.

Turbosmart does make their own komoact version that fit on out cars....they can be had as recirculating and vent to air, as EM and as pressure line controlled.

the kompact series is a lot smaller valve. Not really their competition class, non adjustable... It wasn't a huge success and was prone to leaking (part of the issue).
