C63S coupe progress thread, Vossen, Xpel Stealth, KW, Facelift, and Aerokit

Hey everyone! I purchased a C63S Coupe a few months ago and jumped straight into making the car look the way I envisioned it and here are some progress pics.
The car luckily came with KW adjustable springs which actually ended up biting me in the *** since it failed CPO inspection due to the aftermarket suspension! Super lame.
For wheels I went with Vossen wheels that I found here on the forum (score)
Xpel Stealth
Factory facelift grille that I had painted gloss black with color matched badge and emblem
Factory Aerokit
Painted the reflector gloss black inside the headlights

Check out the pics and let me know what you guys think! Considering powder coating the wheels satin black. Not sure yet.

You have a beautiful car man and a great thread with loads of pics.......

I don't like the Vossen range of wheels though........ they look weird just not sure why people get them

Very nicely done and very clean, and no hideous orange reflector in the headlights too.

I think his wheels look pretty good on the car though, but I do get what you mean about vossen wheels. They look too busy, even on their more simply designed wheels.

A4 Turbo - For the paint protection..... Was it done as a bulk install? Meaning, they did it like they would if they wrapped the car, or was it done via templates cut via a vinyl plotter?

that is exactly what i mean...... there's something about vossen branded wheels that makes their designs look cheap

Love how the headlights came out! I hate the orange reflector. How did you access the reflector? Did you need to remove the headlight lenses? Wondering if this is DIY (and painted by a pro).

With the factory aero kit - were all the parts ordered via MB directly?

Film was done with extended patterns via plotter, it gives you the best of both worlds of getting most edges tucked without having to cut with a blade on the car by hand. I own the Xpel shop so any questions you have feel free to send me a PM.

Thank you! Headlights made a huge difference on how clean the front end looks. I also hated the reflectors and was willing to experiment. My friend does a lot of custom headlight work, takes them apart and paints the housings and upgrades the projectors etc. so I gave him the headlights and he opened them up and pulled out the reflector for me and I took it to a body shop and had it painted then put it all back together.

The Aero kit was all ordered at the parts counter at my local MB dealership.

Thank you everyone, appreciate the compliments. Was finally able to drive the car all weekend and absolutely love it!

Has anyone done the steering wheel upgrade to a facelift steering wheel? Or some sort of version of it? I am not a fan of the aftermarket ones.

Car looks terrific man! Very tastefully done. I plan to do the same with the headlights and glad you provided some pictures. Did they paint the entire housing or just the reflector? It looks like they did the housing as well, it's just hard to tell from the pictures.

Looks great! I noticed you blacked out the rear roof panel. Was that painted or some sort of a wrap?

How do you clean the edges that are exposed.
My only exposures are the [V8 Biturbo emblem]

Keeping the stock wheels for now, car is listed for sale so letting the future buyer decide which wheels they want. If I end up with the stock ones I will let you know.

I removed all badges when doing the install. Highly recommend doing so. You can use like an all purpose degreaser that is diluted on a cotton swab.
