Headrests will not move
2017 C63S Cabriolet.
The driver and passenger headrests will move up and down satisfactorily. However, they will not move back and forth, like The manual states. Supposed to push the buttons on the side of the headrest and move, but nothing moves—any recommendations.

Pull the seat backs off and take a look. Two screws at the bottom, then press forward at the top of the seat back while pulling down firmly. Risk of breaking plastic clips, buy some spares before you attempt this.
Remove the plastic guide bushing and see what’s what. Instructions and video on this site and YouTube. Look for Senior Leigh’s channel on yt.
Wick a small amount of vegetable oil down the chrome rod into the plastic guide bushing. See if it helps.
