CEL HELP?

Receiving codes P2097 & P0420 on my Stock C63s , i have seen some of you post these same codes but after running DP. Was wondering what would be causing this on a stock car? Thanks

Your ECU is flagging a cat as questionable. That says rich mixture is not reduced as expected...

The last thing you'll want to do is replace a new cat to find out... "same difference!"

Changing or swapping L/R sensors a pretty good idea to exercise connectors.

How are the fuel trims:
trustable in-line -Or all the way near bad??

(All these parts should be replaced in pairs to keep the banks near balanced)

i have to check the fuel trims, will post a picture tomorrow. However the car just hit 34k miles , i was thinking the cat is fairly still new at this mileage.
