stage 1 - to downpipes stage 2 tune.. worth it???

stage 1 - to downpipes stage 2 tune.. worth it???
Guys is it worth to make the step from stage 1 software only to the downpipes with a stage 2 tune.... or is the difference neglectable??

Plus i have the AMG Perf exhaust where the valves has been set to full open ( tune wise ) How will decatted downpipes sound with the AMG perf exhaust? will it be more metallic/raspy????

*****I have secondary cat delete downpipes on my car with the AMG exhaust and I think it sounds awesome. I can make it very loud by opening valves wide open and have some pops and burbles in Sport or Sport+, or close the valves and the car sounds not much louder than stock at cruising speed and even mostly around town. Dunno about stage 2 tune from stage 1 - guess it depends upon your goals and the tuner. Downpipes will add 10hp or so throughout the powerband in my experience. A decent tune can add a lot more especially with some time on the dyno to make adjustments for your particular mods as well as fuel quality, etc...
