Dinamica steering wheel C63
Is the MB OEM full Dinamica covered steering wheel I have seen in some US C63s available in the UK, does anyone know? I believe it was an option in the US but not in the UK.
Available how? On a new car or aftermarket? It is standard equipment on the Final Edition Coupe even in the UK. You can see it in the online configurator, but not sure if it was available for all upholstery combinations. The Final Edition comes with the magma grey/black with yellow stitching/accents interior. Same as I have in my coupe and I have the DINAMICA steering wheel with corresponding yellow 12 o'clock marker.

Excellent, thank you. It was not available on my 2021 C63S Cabrio as an option. As it’s on the FE I will look to getting one now.

Indeed, but the car is still under warranty, and has a joint Brabus-MB warranty covering everything from the engine to some other bits eg it has the Brabus paddles fitted and wired in in Bottrop. Wiring in something aftermarket would be an excuse for both sides to deny warranty claims even on quite unrelated stuff. So I am sticking with OEM and Brabus fitted by my official Brabus dealer for the first 3 years.
Indeed, but the car is still under warranty, and has a joint Brabus-MB warranty covering everything from the engine to some other bits eg it has the Brabus paddles fitted and wired in in Bottrop. Wiring in something aftermarket would be an excuse for both sides to deny warranty claims even on quite unrelated stuff. So I am sticking with OEM and Brabus fitted by my official Brabus dealer for the first 3 years.
After that, first stop, exhaust.
an oem steering wheel wont void the warrenty in any way shape or form. theres realistically nothing that can be damaged while changing the wheel except the clockspring if youre careless.
Just a heads up on maintaining the dynamica steering wheel. The dynamica is all nice and grips well when new but is a major PIA maintaining it.
My steering wheel is at the point if I don't clean it every 3 or 4 days it goes to ****.

I have to say that depends on how dirty/sweaty your hands typically are. After over 3 years, my DINAMICA steering wheel looks like new. I pretty much only need to clean it every few months with a dish soap water damp microfiber towel and then brush it with a toothbrush after drying it with another dry microfiber towel. I have dry hands most of the time and I wash them frequently, especially before getting into the car. I can't stand touching things with dirty hands. If I do go for a drive where I'm gonna work up a sweat I wear driving gloves.

Sure, but that was my reply to the suggestion about getting a non OEM wheel/covering.

My hands are mostly dry too and also wash my hands frequently even more so now with covid, also have a towel in my car just for my hands and my steering wheel still looks like crap after a couple days lol.
in case youre interested I have one of these wheels in stock. leather so it wont get dirty and obviously carbon top and bottom.
can transfer over your amg drive buttons as well (if you have)
