Tyre pressure sensor

Hi guys

So I will be changing my wheels shortly. Wondering if you fit new pressure sensors you’ll need to reprogram them with xentry or just an easy adjustment through the car menu?

Thanks!

So they will adapt automatically? No adjustment needed?

Thanks

you can add them to any tire regardless of position and they will adapt automatically. I just installed sensors to my new wheels recently. Ill add the site were I got OE ones for dirt cheap.

As said above. You just need to go into the service menu and set the new pressures as reference. It will detect the sensor at each location and store the tire pressure. My wheels have changed sides multiple times whenever I get a new set of tires, so the wheel sensors move and the system learns their new position after resetting TPMS, showing the correct pressure at each corner.

There's an antenna in each wheel well and based on signal strengths and latency it knows which sensor is where.
