Just got my car today, a 2023 c63s and I was wondering about a few of the features and how to use them or if they even exist.
1. Is there a way to see the maps from carplay or at least the directions from the carplay maps on the cockpit or in the HUD? or any part of the carplay on the cockpit or hud?
2. Is there a proximity function to open the car? When you get close, doors open and when you go far enough, they will close?
3. does your 360 cameras video also looks white washed?
4. Is there a way to stop the touchpad in the middle console from working? so I can rest my hand on it without it clicking stuff?
5. Is there a way to remote start from the keyfob? like you would do on BMW by pressing the logo on the fob 3 times and it'll remote start?
6. Can you do emotion start on the break in period? because that doesn't seem to work, it will rev up to what rpm?

3. does your 360 cameras video also looks white washed? Take a soft microfiber cloth used for cleaning glasses and wipe the camera covers under the mirrors and front/back covers. I find most of the time a film gets on the mirror cover lenses and can cause this.
5. Is there a way to remote start from the keyfob? like you would do on BMW by pressing the logo on the fob 3 times and it'll remote start? Can't be done from the fob - only the Mercedes app.
No. As said above see if it improves after cleaning the lenses
Yes, I believe there's a setting. Don't remember off the top of my head where it is, but I believe it's under system then touchpad. I've started to use the touchpad for scrolling as it is faster than turning the jog wheel.

Yes, but emotion start is not well explained. It only works if the car is warm and hasn't sat for too long. The cold start is inherently louder. Emotion start makes a warm start sound more like a cold start.

4. See Owner manual photo below. It's states you can change sensitive from fast medium and slow. And also it direct where you can deactivate it. I'm not at my car now to see if it can be done and never have tried to deactivate it. 2019 C63s coupe.
