Trouble with parking brake

First of all hello guys i am new here

i have a c63s (w205) 2016 the other day i was driving on a rainy day and all of a sudden the yellow parking brake message came up on the dashboard and then the passenger front lights went off both turning signals were not working now sometimes they work and sometimes they dont driver assistance turns off and on and the parking brake sometimes doesn’t work
i have appointment coming monday with the Mercedes dealer but i want to know what happened.

thanks for replying friend the car just came out the dealership and the issue was a connector behind the wheels that broke off so when water came true there was a circuit shortcut

I see, sorry what I mentioned didn't help but I am glad you got it all figured out.
