From a tuning perspective, I would consider MPE Paris. You are going to get “street tuning” meaning you will data log on the street and they will revise/optimize (they also have great customer service via WhatsApp). It’s a little more expensive because you need to buy HPTuners MPVI3 cable and credits, but it beats off the shelf (OTS) tunes from a performance and drive ability perspective. You can always save a few bucks and buy an OTS tune as well.
If you have the OEM performance exhaust, you don’t really need to touch anything from an exhaust perspective as it’s really good for the factory, other than doing catless downpipes. You can also find catted downpipe options that flow better stock.

Mod 2 - intake (modal works)
Mod 3 - stickier/wider tires (PS4S)
Mod 4 - downpipe if you like it LOUD all the time, or start beefing up fuel system for more boost or bigger turbos.
I would not waste money on expensive catback systems or CF intakes, unless you really need to show off.

did you switch over from ptg to mpe?
catless is going to smell a bit, so as long as you’re okay with that, I would say catless > catted for the best sound. Modalworks has both options at reasonable prices. MW has 200cell cats.
something else you may want to consider is Renntech EVM - keeps your valves open @ 100% open position when the exhaust button is enabled. Read up about the module to get more info on the stock valve operation. This paired with catless DPs will get you the best sound.
