You might consider whether you really want Track Pace. IMO, Track Pace is pretty lame. Very few tracks supported, when I tried to map my local track, the GPS didn't work well enough to create an accurate map (driving around the centerline of the track at about 30 kph). It's also not really possible to export most of the data that Track Pace can see/capture so you can't use the data with external tools.
Personally, I'd recommend a different approach such as an XGPS-160 and an OBDlink with Harry's LapTimer (or one of the many other similar apps now available) or, if you're serious about track days and/or racing events, get a RaceCapture unit. These allow easy data export for analysis and use in tools like RaceRender.
Depending upon what you're trying to achieve, these days there are many different options available for capturing the car's telemetry and creating data-overlaid videos. Rather than spending a lot of money to get Track Pace, I'd start with one of the cheaper solutions and spend the money on brake and tire upgrades (brake cooling and wear are the big issues with a C63/S).
