if I’m not mistaken I believe that face is unique to MB cars that are equipped with the watch face. I don’t think you can find one
As said above, I don't believe IWC made an actual wrist watch with the same face. There have been AMG Editions in the past. The most recent is one they did for the F1 Petronas team as the official team watch, but they all have unique faces.
