Steering rack failure on '19 C63s AMG
My '19 C63s AMG coupe had a steering rack failure at 20K miles recently, which conveniently is right after the factory warranty expired. I found this extremely alarming for what is practically still a new car, has anyone had an experience like this?
I've reached out to my dealer to express my frustration and disappointment, this isn't something I would expect on a premium car and brand with 20K miles on it (with no issue or service history). I still haven't heard back from them yet, am I throwing sand into the wind or should I continue pressing them? I feel like something like this should be covered under general power train coverage.

care to go into details on the failure? And the reason it failed?
