I'm having a recurring issue with my 2020 C63S that has a Stage 2 tune. I've been dealing with a boost leak due to a separated clamp on the intercooler pipe. I've had the clamp refitted and tightened twice already, but it only holds up for about 2-3 weeks before it comes loose again. When this happens, I feel a noticeable loss of power, and my boost gauge only reads half boost.
It's been about a week since the last fix, and now I'm getting close to zero boost with a rough idle. I suspect the clamp is causing the issue, but I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced something similar. What did you do to permanently fix it? Would a new clamp be the solution, and if so, do you have any recommendations on which one to use? Also, any tips for accessing the intercooler pipe would be appreciated since it's in a really hard-to-reach spot.
