Looking to do thunderhill 5 mile track event coming up in December. I recently just changed out my pads to porterfields, but kept the oem rotors as they were still fine(I do mainly freeway miles). This would be the second set of pads on this rotor, and I am currently at 31k miles. Currently deciding if its okay to track on my current rotors and replace after the event, or replace beforehand? There is a lip but the rotors wear markers are still visible and have a good amount with no cracks. This will be my first event, and therefore I would be running in the novice group as it is my first track day(first of many to come). Was talking with my friends who I am going with(they track often and are more experienced), and they think I should be fine, but wanted to see what other c63s owners thought of it. Besides that, I have just recently flushed the brake fluid and for tires I'll see how they are a week beforehand to determine if I should replace. I have included pictures, but let me know if they are bad. Thanks.

You should be fine for a novice track day. I'd suggest maybe just clean out any clogged up drilled holes.
Have fun!

The couple of times I've tracked, there's always been a safety inspection before you're let onto the track. If you can contact someone ahead of time about your rotors, you can save yourself the effort of changing them out if they are not up to standards.
I appreciate all the responses. Ill track on these and see how it goes! Will update this thread afterwards.
