C63 squeaky exhaust - fixable?

C63 squeaky exhaust - fixable?
I’ve viewed and test driven a 2017 c63 estate. Lovely drive but when in s+ and gently blipping the throttle at the lights the exhaust squeaked like a mouse.
is this a common easy fix as it’s putting me off the car.
Also had an engine management light come on half way through test drive (and I hadn’t been particularly hard). Could be something entirely innocent as it went away when restarted but got me thinking. Car has full merc uk service history and condition is v good. Garage (non merc) have said car will go to Mercedes for the B service prior to purchase and they will address any issues. Garage are being very helpful and seem to have a good attitude.

Squeaking can be fixed rather easily. You could try to put some copper grease into the well of the exhaust flap actuator. If you want to be more thorough, you can remove the exhaust flap actuators completeley, clean them, greese them and put them back into their place. This should fix it for a while.
The random check engine light would be a bigger turn off for me. I would advice to read out the error while it occurs.

Any way to understand what the error code is without diagnostics whilst just sitting in the car?
