No Pops and Bangs on 23' C63s Coupe?

No Pops and Bangs on 23' C63s Coupe?
Recently purchased a 23' C63s Coupe, final year of the V8 to my understanding but there is no pops and bangs when in Sport Plus, or Race Mode. I've had GTC, G63, GLE63s etc. all produced much more noise from the exhaust. Did Mercedes change something with the 23' to reduce the noise? Any information would be a huge help.

Vehicle was purchased used with 8k miles. Ive seen posts that mercedes added a OPF filter that previous years do not have, to combat emissons regulations, but that wouldnt affect a US car would it?

no pops and bangs is usually caused by soft limp mode.
