Can easily be replaced. Those things are just glued on. I'd have them replace it as a condition of the sale.
Thanks mate, appreciate the quick reply. Do you happen to know the name of the part and a rough price? Going to call the dealer tomorrow about it to ask them to rectify it.
P.s. I don't mean the gloss black insert in case you thought that. I meant the trim underneath.

Yes, I was talking about the side blade that seems to be chipped. What about the trim underneath? What am I looking at? If you mean that flap, that's the front jacking point. It pops out to give you access to the jacking point. That piece belongs there.

Thanks for clearing that up about the flap. My main concern was the black piece of plastic that looks a bit like part of an undertray trim. I've posted s new photo below.
I realize I'm probably being way over the top here, but it caught my eye and wanted to check before purchasing. Thank you for your patience with me here.
Kinda hard to tell from these pictures, but I think this is an optical illusion. It's a panel farther back that hangs slightly lower giving the impression of a gash in the rocker panel. Inward from the rocker panel there's the frame and panels that cover the underside. Best to inspect it in person to see if anything is going on there.

Got it, thanks a lot for taking the time to help. That kinda makes sense to me now, given that other pictures of the car from further awy look fine. I'll be sure to take a good look in person though.
As you can see in the below photo, all seems too look as it should to me.
I'm looking to buy a 2015 C63 and am due to collect it on Thursday.
Was glancing through the photos again today and noticed this on the sill.
Is this massively concerning?
Many thanks in advance for any advice.
This ia drivee sude front sill.
maybe ask them for better pictures or better yet a video of them underneath the rocker panel if that’s what you were talking about. If you’re talking about where it looks like there is a split, that is the little cover that comes out for a jack.
is the gloss black an insert into the rocker panel? i kind of want to replace mine with the non-black one, but not at the expense of having to buy new panels

Yes, it is. It's attached with adhesive to the rocker panel. Having said that, I had issues with the aero package side blades coming off and I had to take it back to the dealership 4 times. They actually had to replace the rocker panels at one point, because the old adhesive didn't come off fully when they were trying to reapply new adhesive, so that could potentially happen to you as well if you take off the current ones. You have to fully clean any residue of the old adhesive, before attaching the new blades, otherwise they may not stick properly. As for the aero package side blades, AMG eventually realized they need reinforcement and came out with a repair kit that screws them onto the rocker panels instead of using adhesive, so mine haven't come off anymore. The aero package blades are much bigger, so I guess the force of the air is too strong for the adhesive to hold. That basic blades are much smaller, but if I remember correctly, some people had issues with them falling off as well.

No mate, that just pops in. There's no damage it's the underside plastic cover. You can try and hand push it back and if you're really fussed by it, lift the car and unscrew the plastic panelling then reposition. But that part is prone to getting rubbed, pushed during jacking or going on a hoist and what not so don't worry about it.
Honestly your photo is grainy as fark so if there's a part that's cracked that you're trying to point out please post a proper photo of it up.

I ended up buying the car mate, and it turns out it was just the crappy image quality, as you suggested.
