How to reattach front bumper on facelift


Hi all hit a pot hole in the road and it dislodged the front left hand bumper side.
been trying to put it back on but it wont go in, feels like lot of restiance and i dont want to damage it. Any tips

Don't know if it will help but see MB Invoice below. They had to replace my right side radiator. In doing so REMOVE the right front Wheel and fender line then right front side of front bumper. Then install in reverse order.

This is not from a C63, but I found this. Not sure why it would be any different. Bumper is screwed on in several places, so if it came off like that from just a pothole, I'd venture you have some damage underneath.

Thanks for the vid, i saw similar and they all pop back in with relative ease. Mine has a lot of resitance and even when i manage to get back in it pops out! Theres a little black peice between the bumper and side fender thay has a plastic tabs that sort of plug in then held by the 2 10mm screws that join the 2 parts together

I think this may be the culprit and why theres lot of resistance cause thos fenders arent lighibg up properly its broken inside.
god dman i hate pot holes!!!
was raining and wet and didnt see it until too late
