Hi, I have recently done this myself and was also hesitating because there are no videos about this. Removing the old skirts was the easiest part. They are glued with tape to the sill. I have used a hair dryer to warm up the adhesive and used a fishing line (very thin and tough) to go between the skirt and the sill. This way I was able to pull it of a little bit, but you cannot go through with the line as for example, when you remove the spoiler, because there are a lot of mounts for the skirt. But it was good for the initial pull. The rest could be done by carefully pulling by hand. When they are off, you need to remove the old adhesive. I can only recommend using a foil eraser for an electric drill, because it really speeds up the process. Clean the rest and use something fat-dissolving to prepare the surface.

This is what it looked like before cleaning:
To attach the Aero side skirts, you first need to drill two holes at the rear end of the skirt using the template. Adhesive tape is already attached to the support element of the new sills. Due to many reports that the edges can come loose, I have also applied liquid bodywork adhesive here. Before exposing the adhesive tape, you should check that the attachment is correctly positioned using the holes and rivets (so put the rivets through the wholes without triggering them). You can then apply the adhesive tape and fully insert the rivets.

There is another hole that needs to be drilled between the support element and the actual sill extension. It is located at the rear bottom. I held the extension in place and drilled the hole from there. From then on, it's the same process as before. I then secured everything with tape and left it to rest for 24 hours. Unfortunately, I have to say that my result is not 100% perfect, as it sticks out 2 mm at the ends despite the liquid body adhesive. But I can live with that for now, because you can only see it up close. I hope that my experience can at least help you. If you have any questions, just let me know.
Here is a potato quality image of how it looks now:
