Just got a 2013 E 350 diamond white on black interior and looking for a good shop to get tint done up here in the bay area -Northern CA.

Where have you guys had really good tint jobs from and who takes care of your cars during install?

Go to Premier. I've lost count to the # of cars they've tinted for me and they have some of the most exclusive tint out there. Just google them and you will see what I'm talking about. They are perfectionists and cost a lot more than other shops, but I've never had a n issue and always take good care of me.

I had problems with several cheap shops before and I vowed to never take that route again.

Do you guys run into problems having tint in the Bay Area? Always resisted getting a tint done because I don't want to give cops a reason to pull me over

 

Yes, the cops in CA overall- CHP included are just unpredictable...I have been tagged for tint as light as 75% on the fronts, as long as they see anything in front when they ask you to roll down the window. It seems more of a 'profiling' delimma with what cars they tag, I have seen cars tinted all around limo tint as well, go figure.

I got my 2002 E320 tinted at Low Price Auto Glass in Dublin for $250, for all 7 windows. They offer a lifetime warranty on the tints so if there are any imperfections they take care of it! So far I am very satisfied!
