MB Canada is looking for some feedback!

I have just ordered a car (well, at least given an allocation ... I think ?) and throughout the process, I am very frustrated due to lack of information and getting anything from my sales associate is like pulling teeth. you can pm me and we can talk some more.

Thanks for the feedback everyone - hopefully we get a few more people to chime in as i am looking for 15-20 people (new car owners, older c-class owners, etc).
The project I am working on is not related to Warranty or Delivery/Ordering; however, please DM me so I can find out exactly what is going on and to try and put you in contact with the right people.

side note: I rarely hear market launches for some of the models. My dad had been a long time MB owners of various models and often gotten invites to those launch parties. The last he was invited must have been 10+ yrs ago. Hmm. Is it like you have to buy a new MB every couple of years to be on such invite list ?

05 E55 AMG, 05 S2000
I have an 05 E55 AMG, and i'm extremely frustrated since I've escalated this all the way to head office, starting from rude dealers; and they just do not seem to care about their customers. I am a long time MB and Honda owner, and I can tell you Honda does not treat their customers like this, old or new cars.
The two below threads have posts upon posts how MB recognises they have an issue, however only USA is covered, and in Canada they just don't seem to care. I know I won't get anywhere with this since Canada gets shafted in all regards, however sine you asked I figured its worth mentioning. See below:
