Any Mercedes tech can help with Transmission software update around Markham/York?
Hi all. I drive a 2013 GLK 350 4 Matic. I've been experiencing harsh downshifts when coming to a stop and jerky 4 - 5 upshift on my car.
The transmission seems very slow to respond (slowing down to a rolling stop then downshift to accelerate again..) , which makes bumper to bumper traffic a real pain.
I read the forum and many has mentioned about software updates on their 722.9 tranny.
Is such update exists here in Canada?
Is there any Mercedes Tech here in the GTA can provide me with such update at a cost?

Thanks for your comments. I am just curious if any updates can help with its drivability.
Every time I reset the transmission adaptation, the vehicle becomes lively, able hold the revs longer and it is such a joy to drive. However it will becomes sluggish and slow to downshift after it has finished learning my driving habits. Being in a 350, it is just impossible to floor it at every stoplight to keep up with the "sporty" pattern. I just have a feeling none of these is mechanical related, but rather its all just software controlled.
I wish there is a program between normal and sport, which holds lower gears for too long, not ideal for rush hour traffic situations.

Thank you guys for all your inputs.
I have done a transmission service (AT filter and fluid change) and an adaptation reset after that. I bought the vehicle used from the original owner but there is no clue if the fluid has ever been changed.
It already had 107k km when I got it, so I decided to change the fluid first. I want to make sure the oil level is right before I do anything stupid.
The car's shifting behavior was smooth for last couple weeks since the service was done, fuel mileage returned back to normal despite the cold weather.
