Any (former) MB techs in the Montreal area helping folks outside the stealership?
- Washer fluid won't pump to either the front or rear glass; front wipers still work, rear wiper does not function
- Rear wiper stuck out of base position; died out during use at 90 degree position; too stiff to move any further by hand
- "Active Blind Spot Assist Inoperative" & "PRE-SAFE Functions Limited See Operator’s Manual" messages
bought spare radar sensor off eBay, A 000 905 87 02 -- have not attempted to install; does it require programming? - Yellow "Malfunction" light with up arrow (Airmatic related, I presume -- still seems to operate fine; no sagging in rear axle, yet anyway -- hoping for a false positive)
I pulled a bunch of fuses; they all look fine. I didn't meter any relays, nor can I hear them when trying to troubleshoot alone from the driver seat... my cheapie OBD2 reader and Torque phone app don't provide any relevant info.
Anyway, I am completely reluctant/unwilling to bring it to the dealer at which I've had poor prior experiences. I am still in search of a reputable, quality service tech/shop that ideally specializes in Mercedes in the Montreal area, preferably anywhere between the West Island and the Ontario border.
Any advice?

I replaced my own washer fluid pump for less than $30. Used a Febi/Bilstein pump and it took me 20 minutes to do.
Rear wiper benefited from a little silicon lube and gentle massaging to bring it back to life.
And my yellow airmatic malfunction light went away on its own.
Sorted. Thanks, crazy1eye.

The invoice reads, "While Perf. Recall / Blind Spot, Pre-Safe message came on. Cause: Corrosion at front right radar sensor and connector. 54 - Electrical system, equipment and instruments. 259 WP (2) 000-905-81-04-27 CAPTEUR RADAR (radar sensor) / (1) 212-540-44-00 JEU DE CABLE ELECTRIQUE (wiring harness) (N/C)"
Took a couple of days to get the sensors in stock, then they did the work at no charge. They gave me a free loaner (2020 GLC 300) as well. Car went in on a Wednesday, got it back on the Friday.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
I would also assume that your radar system components in the CLS would need to be the same as or similar to my generation's E-Class to qualify for this particular warranty. I did a quick spot-check on Mercedes-Benz-Shop.ca for the part numbers in a 2013 CLS and compared the radar sensors and harnesses to my car's and they do not appear to be the same. That doesn't mean they don't suffer from the same afflictions though.

2014 E63: https://www.mercedes-benz-shop.ca/en...HH7GB4EA953460
You'll see the part numbers differ between cars if you drill into the bumpers category and inspect the electronics.
My suggestion is to call your local dealer's service department, and describe your issues and knowledge of a 250,000 km warranty in Canada on the W212 E-Class Distronic system. If you get stonewalled at one dealer, call another. Not all service advisers are created equally; in fact, most of them have been horrendous in my experience until this last one I lucked-out with. Best of luck to you!

And you're likely correct that the parts are similar. The fact that they have different part numbers though, likely indicates that they are different. Cars that share the same parts show the same part numbers, to my understanding--both on vehicle schematics, and the part numbers themselves. Hope this helps!
