It'll be just a way to coordinate where people will be and what events will be going on...I know there are a couple of GT-R events going on at the same time. I'll be sending my GT-R to Vegas.

I've never been to SEMA, but I'd be down to go. Maybe bring my smoking buddies and expose my GF to true cigar aficiando's and car lovers and get her feet wet

I had my new 1992 500E shipped in for the event. We had 22 cars over the weekend. Great time and some beautiful cars. The pictures get better the further in to the thread.

It would be really great to meet up. My plan is to have a relaxing time. One day at SEMA...it'll be my first time. The rest of the time I plan to be playing golf (Cascata GC, Wynn GC, Shadow Creek GC are in my future) and hang out at the craps table, eat, and mingle.

I'm thinking maybe get a room at Tao for dinner if we can get enough folks, too. I know the general manager there and it might be good chance to meet everyone...or at the track.

Damn...I'm excited thinking about it.

It's pretty hard to see everything at SEMA in one day or two days even, but if you get there early and spend the entire day you can see a lot. I've been four times and every time I watch some TV show about it a few months later and see a bunch of stuff I missed. Everytime I tell myself I'm going to spend more time at the show. The show takes up the entire convention center. There's also a bunch of stuff outside. Probably 100 wheel makers alone. It is frickin' HUGE! You will be like a kid in a candy store. You can't buy stuff but you can make some great contacts.

Ken...since I modify all my cars I'm really interested on the passion other people have put into their cars...AND the innovations I can integrate into future builds.

That really gets my blood going thinking of it...

You won't be disappointed. I was there the first year of the current GT-R and they were everywhere in the show.
