Yes!
Shell Ultra Helix

I've been trying to find a better oil to put in my car besides Mobil 1. I researched and am looking forward to trying out Shell Ultra Helix Motor Oil. It's what Formula 1 Ferraris uses and it is approved by MBZ. I'm going to try it out the next time I get my oil change in a month or so.

I used Redline synthetic in my CLK, but in the 600 I use Mobile 1.
Redline is good but it costs almost $10 per quart!!!

I think both AMS Oil or Redline are the best. I use AMS oil.

You are correct in some respect, there is no dipstick but the tube is still there. They just put a plug on the top of it. I would check your owners manual for the proper amount of oil you will need but I know mine took about 10 quarts. I used a My-T-Vac to remove my old oil without any problems.
