heated seats, sport package, rear shade, 32k miles? What's a good price without warranty?

Looking at one for 39k it's in great shape and i'm concerned about the lack of warranty..>They want 42k for 1 yr of starmark..

advise??

Purchased 03 cl in Feb 03. I also purchased a warranty, for piece of mind. I believe your price and milage are decent. I paid same price with 50k. Love the car, dealer corrected my concerns after purchase (noisy heater fan $500, SRS fault which delt with connections in the seat belt $500). I will tell you that it is an expensive car to repair just looking at the bills that my dealership covered.

I wouldn't buy any CL without a warranty because of the high cost of repairs if something goes wrong. I know you are looking in the 40K range but figured you may be interested in my 2003 CL55 AMG.
