What do you think. I'm looking at a 2004 CL600 with 45k miles and a price of 49950. Easy Care extended warranty is included. All options except for distronic. Let me know your thoughts

Factory warranty ends 4/25/07.
It's Tectite Gray with Ash interior.

Is the warranty good for 60k total or 60k in addition to factory warranty?
EZ Care, for those who don't know, is a great warranty. I have one on my CL600. It would cost around $4500.00 for this car if you had to buy one.

Now that car is a good deal!! It almost sounds too good to be true, but the ad seems legit. I'd jump all over that car if I was still looking. It doesn't have sport package, but still a great buy with under 35k miles.
