20 X 10.5 Or 20 X 10

you can put 20x10.5 but its not a great fit, your better off doing a 20x9 and 20x10 setup. Let us know if we can help you with your wheel and tire setup.

Is Staggared setup better or is it really a matter of preference and cost (being that a non-staggared setup you can rotate wheels).

With the CL being rear wheel drive, a larger patch of tire contact in the rear will help with traction, however you will not be able to rotate your tires front to rear, but that is not something you would be able to do even with the stocks as they are slightly staggered from the factory.
